পঞ্চম শ্রেণির ছাত্রীকে শ্লীলতাহানির অভিযোগ উঠলো মোস্তাফা গাজীর বিরুদ্ধে। গত ০৪-০২-২০২১ বৃহস্পতিবার দুপুর দুটো নাগাদ ঘটনাটি ঘটেছে দক্ষিণ 24 পরগনা জেলার কাকদ্বীপ থানার নারায়ণপুর 3নং ঘেরী গ্রামে। নিগৃহীতা শম্পা হালদার (নাম পরিবর্তিত) পিতা- গৌতম হালদার। অভিযুক্ত মোস্তাফা গাজী পিতা- আব্দুল আজিজ গাজী একই গ্রামের বাসিন্দা। ০৫-০২-২০২১ শুক্রবার কাকদ্বীপ থানায় দায়ের করা অভিযোগে (যার কেস নং-Kakdwip P.S- 35/21
U/S- 376/511/10pacso) নাবালিকার মা জানিয়েছেন, গত ৪ঠা ফেব্রুয়ারি দুপুর দুটোর দিকে যখন তাঁর এগার বছরের মেয়ে বাড়ি থেকে কিছুটা দূরে রাস্তার বিপরীতে মেলে দেওয়া জামা কাপড় শুকনো হয়ে গেলে তুলে আনতে যায়, ঠিক তখন প্রতিবেশী মোস্তাফা শম্পাকে জোরপূর্বক অপহরণ করে পাশের একটি নির্জন বাড়িতে নিয়ে যায়, সেখানে জামা কাপড় টেনে হেঁচড়ে খুলে শরীরের বিভিন্ন স্থানে হাত দেয় ও ধর্ষণের চেষ্টা করে। শম্পার চিৎকার চেঁচামেচি শুনে প্রতিবেশীরা উপস্থিত হলে হাতেনাতে ধরে ফেলে অভিযুক্ত মোস্তাফাকে। কাউকে কিছু জানালে ফল ভাল হবে না বলেও হুমকিও দেয় ঐ নাবালিকাকে। বাড়ি ফিরে মানসিকভাবে ভেঙে পড়ে শম্পা। এমনকিও অসুস্থও অবস্থায় কাঁদতে কাঁদতে তার মাকে ঘটনার বিস্তারিত বর্ণনা করে। শম্পার মা সুলেখা দেবী তার প্রতিবেশীদের কাছে এই ঘটনায় সুবিচার পাওয়ার জন্য সাহায্য প্রার্থনা করেন। পুলিশ অভিযুক্ত মোস্তফাকে গ্রেপ্তার করেছে।
উল্লেখ্য, নাবালিকার বাবা গৌতম হালদার পেশায় ভিন রাজ্য কেরালায় কর্মরত ট্রলারের কর্মী। বর্তমানে গৌতম বাবু কেরালায় কর্মরত হওয়ায় তার পরিবার খুব অসহায় অবস্থায় দিন কাটাচ্ছে।
উক্ত হিন্দু নির্যাতনের খবর হিন্দু যোদ্ধা শ্রী রাজকুমার সরদারের কাছে পৌঁছালে, তড়িঘড়ি তিনি নির্যাতিত পরিবারের সঙ্গে দেখা করেন ও সহযোগিতা করেন। এমনকি অভিযুক্ত যাতে করে যথোপযুক্ত শাস্তি পায় তার ব্যবস্থাপনায় তিনি একাধিক আইনজীবীর সহযোগিতা নিয়েছেন তারমধ্যে কলকাতা হাইকোর্টের একজন আইনজীবীও রয়েছেন। রাজকুমার বাবু আরো জানান, ভবিষ্যতে তিনি এই পরিবারের পাশে সদাসর্বদা থাকবেন এবং তার সাধ্যমতো তিনি সহযোগিতা করে যাবেন।
এখনো পর্যন্ত মোস্তফা গাজী জেলে আছে জামিন পাননি।
আরে করুণা ভাইরাসের এত প্রভাব থাকা সত্ত্বেও আজ আমি আবার এই পরিবারের সাথে দেখা করলাম এবং সহযোগিতার হাত বাড়িয়ে দিলাম পূর্ব প্রতিশ্রুতি অনুযায়ী কর্তব্য পালন করতে পিছপা হইনি।

He took her to a secluded house next door, where he pulled her clothes off, touched her body and tried to rape her. When the neighbors heard Shampar’s screams, they grabbed the accused Mustafa by the hand. He also threatened the minor saying that if he told anything to anyone, the result would not be good. Back home, Shampa was emotionally broken. Crying even when she was ill, she told her mother in detail about the incident. Shampar’s mother Sulekha Devi prayed to her neighbors for help in getting justice in the incident. Police have arrested the accused Mostafa.
It is to be mentioned that the father of the minor, Gautam Haldar, is a trawler worker working in the state of Kerala. Gautam Babu is currently working in Kerala and his family is living in a very helpless state.
When the news of the torture reached the Hindu warrior Shri Rajkumar Sardar, he immediately met and cooperated with the victim’s family.
