No Refund Policy for Donations
At Hindu Milan Sangha, we are deeply grateful for your support and the generosity of your donation. Donations help us further our mission and ensure the continued success of our programs and services. Please note that all donations made to Hindu Milan Sangha are non-refundable.
By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Non-Refundable Donations
Once a donation is made, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds, in whole or in part, for any donations received. This includes both one-time and recurring donations, regardless of the method of payment or reason for the request.
2. Exceptions
In exceptional cases, such as an error in processing or fraudulent activity detected on a donation, Hindu Milan Sangha may review and consider the situation on a case-by-case basis. Any decision regarding a refund or reversal is at the sole discretion of Hindu Milan Sangha and will be handled according to applicable policies and regulations. After the refund request is accepted, Refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 days to your bank account through the original mode of payment.
3. Charitable Contribution
Your donation to Hindu Milan Sangha is a charitable contribution, and as such, it is intended to support our nonprofit activities. Donations are not purchases, and no goods or services are provided in exchange for your donation, unless otherwise specified (e.g., special events, fundraising incentives). We recommend that you consult with your tax advisor to understand any potential tax benefits associated with your donation.
4. Donor Acknowledgment
By making a donation, you confirm that you understand and agree that all donations are final and cannot be refunded. You also acknowledge that Hindu Milan Sangha is a registered charity, and your donation may be eligible for tax deductions, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
